Speed PT Training
This program will enhance the athlete’s ability to move quickly and, promoting proper running form. It is designed for beginner joggers, runners, and athletes such as endurance runners, sprinters, rugby players, etc.
Weight loss 1 to 1 PT session
This program will provide the participant with the necessary tools to burn calories through exercise, build muscle and improve physical fitness to ensure weight loss is achieved. Nutrition advise that will complete your weight loss journey.
Small group PT sessions
A great way to stay motivated by working out with a some friends or family. Personal Trainer will give the group the attention that they deserve. Because I am commented to your dream. personal Trainer closely with you to develop a training program that aligns with your goals and maximizes your performance.
